Just one final reminder to you to bring the entire family to a Community Energy Fair on Saturday, January 28, from 1 – 4 pm at the University Park Elementary School.
- · There will be 5 prizes of $500 each to be used towards energy-efficiency improvements for your home open to all Fair attendees!
- · There are supervised activities for children including age appropriate hands-on activities and puppet shows.
- · You can learn about easy fixes you can make yourself that improve your comfort in simple hands-on demos.
- · Contractors will be on hand for you to talk with regarding home energy audits and retrofitting options as well as experts on advanced home energy issues like geothermal, solar, efficient lighting and windows, smart meters and much more.
Finally, you will learn about plans to expand STEP-UP to your community.
