Hope your winter is going well. This is a quick reminder that we are soliciting Letters of Interest on our website (www.marylandmilestones.org) for heritage tourism related projects. This can be education, history, arts, nature, and general tourism related. Look under "Partner Toolkit > Letters of Interest." We would prefer that LOI's be returned before the 27th (it will only take a few minutes on our website). We are unsure of our state allocation this year and need to present ideas - even if you dont write a full grant application - to the state. Plus this allows us to have a better understanding of those grants which might have the best chance of moving forward.
Examples of grants have included murals, signage, construction, arts, and natural landscapes. Feel free to drop me an email at aaron@marylandmilestones.org for more questions.
